The purpose of activities

Inspiring the students’ creative, adding beautify the public space and make students leave memories of our departments.

 

Competition Topic

Design image related to our department, winning design will painted on the wall at E1 building basement.

 

Participating conditions

(1) Applicant should be student of MSE, either personal or team participating can be accepted (also can invite other departments students by team participating).

(2) The work of art need to never be published in any form and never participate in any competition before.

(3) Department has the right to cancel their eligibility if the work do not meet the above conditions

 

Registration

Please hand in the following documents by 107/01/31 to the department office.

(1) Registration form

(2) A3 size sketch of your design (Either Hand-painted or computer-painted graphics are acceptable)

 

Selection and awards

(1) The outstanding works will vote by teachers and students of MSE

(2) Awards vouchers and material fee for design and painting.

(3) The award date will announced after the selection of winners.

 

Precautions

 (1) The number of work for each participant is unlimited, but each work should be filled in individual registration form.

 (2) The work shall not contain information relate to the participant

 (3) Each participant is entitled to only one prize.

 (4) The department possesses the permanent right of use for the public display, compilation and restitution of all applied work.

 (5) The intellectual property rights of all the works and descriptions submitted during the competition are belong to the participants, but the winning works must be freely authorized to be painted on the wall by the awarded person/team.

 (6) Participating sketches will not be returned, please retain your own backup.

 (7) Due to the needs of this activity, you must provide your personal information. Under the Personal Data Protection Act and related laws and regulations, personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the law.

 (8) This department reserves the right to change the relevant rules of this activity. If there is any change, it shall prevail on the announcement of this website, without further notice.
