Due to the surges in the number of COVID-19 cases, Taiwan has moved up to level 3 alert. Since CDC bans large gatherings, master’s and doctoral students who are going to graduate in June 30 will receive their diploma by registered mail instead of picking it up physically. The issuance of the diploma in July and August will be adjusted based on the status of the pandemic and effectiveness of the measure.

Those who are eligable for graduate, please follow the process:

1. New postgraduate are requested to check whether the results of this semester have been registered in the student information system, whether they have completed the courses and credits required for graduation. (If you have doubts about graduation qualifications, please contact the Research and Teaching Group of the Academic Affairs Office02-2730-1060 or email to sharonhuang@mail.ntust.edu.tw)

2. Please fill out the following questionnaire and form
    (1) School leaving information form for master and doctoral graduates
    (2) Selection of Excellent Teaching Teachers

3. Please go to the Student Information System to download the e-file of the school leaving procedure form and email it to the instructing professor. After the professor has completed the signature, scan the electronic file and mail it to mse@mail.ntust.edu.tw, or send the paper to the department.

4. Please confirm that all borrowed items in the department have been returned.

5. Put a paperback thesis (emerald green cover for master's degree, powder blue cover for doctoral degree) and oral exam assignment related forms (please refer to the information on master's thesis oral exam or doctoral thesis oral exam page), then connect with Lecturer  Huang  #6542 Office: E1-243.

6. The department confirms that you have completed the above forms, and receiving the essay and oral examination-related forms, it will mail the approved e-file of the school leaving form to your mailbox.Please do the procedure according to  the announcement of Diploma Issuance from Section of Graduate Studies, Academic Affairs Office.
